CHICKEN TIKKA MASALA
Chicken tikka masala is a dish consisting of roasted marinated chicken chunks in spiced curry sauce. The curry is usually creamy and orange-coloured. The dish was popularized by cooks from India, Pakistan and Bangladesh living in Britain and is offered at restaurants around the world.

Sarson ka saag (as it is known in Hindi or saryon da saag in its native Punjabi) is a popular vegetarian dish from the northern region of the Indian subcontinent.It is made from mustard greens (sarson) and spices such as ginger and garlic.It is often served with makki di roti.Saryon da saag and makki di roti is closely associated with Punjab and is considered a special dish in entire North India.
Makki ki roti is a flat unleavened bread made from corn meal (maize flour), primarily eaten in the Punjab region of India and Pakistan; and in Jammu, Himachal, Haryana, Rajasthan, Gujarat, Uttar Pradesh, and Uttarakhand in North India.
DOSA AND SAMBAR
dosa is a thin batter based dish (usually crispy) originating from South India, made from a fermented batter predominantly consisting of lentils and rice. Its main ingredients are rice and black gram, ground together in a fine, smooth batter with a dash of salt, then fermented.
Sambar is a lentil-based vegetable stew, cooked with pigeon pea and tamarind broth. It is popular in South Indian and Sri Lankan cuisines.
